He is currently the owner of Certified Contractors Inc. in Wilmington, North Carolina, where he works with homeowners to help them complete various home improvement projects. This involves ordering materials, supervising crews, and managing payroll. Thomas Keehn previously owned a construction company in Olney, Maryland.

Thomas Keehn has earned multiple accolades for his work in contracting, including the No. 1 ranking in Maryland and No. 13 in the United States in submitting 5-star warranties through Certainteed Corp., a roofing materials manufacturer. He also belongs to several professional organizations, including the National Roofing Contractors Association and Better Business Bureau.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, he earned a bachelor of science in criminal justice and was named Mr. Nation’s Capital. Beyond his professional endeavors, he enjoys hobbies such as golfing, hiking, boating, and traveling. He particularly likes visiting Europe and the Caribbean.
